His practice encompasses many phases of client portfolio management, including U.S. and foreign patent prosecution, searches, and opinions. Adam has experience prosecuting patent applications in the software, electrical, and mechanical arts. He is also experienced in patent infringement analysis and validity assessment.
Previously, Adam served as intellectual property counsel for a major automotive company and was employed at leading law firms.
